The purpose of this study was to explore how the application of NLP can be a catalyst in improving students' rhetorical skills. The subjects of the study were undergraduate students of the TBIN Study Program, IAIN Madura taking a Rhetoric course. Data were collected through classroom observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Approach was proven effective in improving students' rhetorical skills, overcoming anxiety, and strengthening verbal and nonverbal communication. NLP techniques such as reframing, Anchoring, and visualization also help students manage negative thought patterns and increase self-confidence. The success of the application of NLP is influenced by students' mental readiness, the quality of training, and support from teachers and a conducive classroom atmosphere.
